The subsidiaries in the Truckload segment provide conventional Truckload, which includes specialized truckload and dedicated services.

Full truckload trailers are carried directly from clients to destinations across Canada and to major markets in the United States using closed vans. Specialized subsidiaries in the segment provide knowledge-based, higher value-added services to industries with very specific transportation needs ranging from mining and forest products to furniture manufacturers. Specialized full loads are carried directly from the client, who has a special need such as expedited transportation, to the final destination. This array of capabilities and services makes TransForce the major Truckload carrier in Canada.

For the period of 6 months ended June 30, 2010, the segment’s share of total revenues was 32% or $316 million.
